Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist II to drive payment for services and optimize billing processes. You will collaborate with Finance and Client Services to track, address, and resolve complex outstanding claims, troubleshoot EOBs, and appeal non-covered or low-pay claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years recent experience in professional and facility coding, billing, and collections
• Experience with contacting and follow up with insurance carriers on denials, file reconsideration requests, formal appeals and negotiations
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid and working with a broad range of payers

Responsabilités

• Accurate data entry of information into computer systems and notating accounts accurately
• Provide reimbursement assistance to patients with superior customer service and respect
• Resolves most patient concerns without escalation
• Verify and communicate insurance eligibility, billing, collections and payment responsibilities
• Proven track record of written appeals with success
• Interpret EOBs for follow-up and/or appeals
• Provide medical records to primary care providers, insurance carriers, referred providers and patients per request
• Work well individually and in a team environment toward goals
