Medpace is seeking a full-time Regulatory Submissions Coordinator for our Clinical Operations team, with a remote-based position focused on Health Canada submissions. The role collaborates with teams to guide study start-up processes and advise clients on regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in clinical research, CRO experience, and strong written and oral communication. The position supports growth across Canada and requires proficiency in English, with French preferred, and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required.
• French language proficiency is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact with sites during the study start up process.
• Prepare, review, and file clinical trial applications to Health Canada.
• Ensure submissions comply with applicable regulations and guidance documents.
• Advise study teams on changing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Track and ensure timely filing of all essential start-up documents including Health Canada submissions.
