Job summary

Medix is seeking compassionate Registered Dietitians to join our expanding telehealth team in a fully remote role. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals seeking support with their health goals.

As a Remote RD, you will conduct virtual assessments, develop personalized nutrition plans, provide education and ongoing support, document encounters, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team through Slack

Qualifications

• RD/RDN credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Active state licensure (multiple licenses highly preferred).
• Experience with telehealth or virtual nutrition counseling.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual nutrition assessments, reviewing intake forms and medical history.
• Develop and modify individualized nutrition plans to meet patient needs and goals.
• Provide education, motivation, and ongoing support through regular follow-ups.
• Accurately document all patient encounters, including billing notes and progress updates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team via Slack and attend monthly virtual meetings.

Position: Registered Dietitian (Telehealth – Remote)

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Part-Time (Minimum 10 hours/week) Open for 40 hours a week also (W2!)

Flexibility: Set your own schedule — availability 7 days a week

Compensation: $40/h

About the Role
