Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver telehealth nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with medical providers and therapists to deliver a cohesive care plan.

You will conduct video visits, provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, and maintain documentation. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling and emphasis on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally certified RD license (CDR) with US-state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Willingness to provide at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth, EMR, and video conferencing.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to craft cohesive care plans.
• Lead multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure privacy/compliance.
