Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks a Registered Dietitian to support families through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early infancy in a remote, virtual-care role. You’ll provide evidence-based nutrition assessments, counseling, and individualized care plans tailored to patients’ needs.

You will partner with clinicians and care teams to deliver proactive, compassionate support, coordinate care, and help build scalable programs that improve maternal and infant health outcomes.

Qualifications

• RD credential and licensure or eligible to obtain licensure in state of practice.
• Experience with telehealth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments for pregnant, postpartum, and infant-care patients.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and patient education through telehealth.
• Develop individualized nutrition plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to coordinate patient-centered support.
• Contribute to scalable virtual nutrition programs and data-informed clinical solutions.
• Support efforts to improve maternal and infant outcomes and reduce health disparities.
