Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will follow treatment plans created by a BCBA and contribute to client progress.

The role offers flexible schedules in Douglas, GA, with pay between $25 and $32 per hour, full-time or part-time options, and paid training. Ideal candidates will have an RBT certification or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Pay Range: $25-32/hour
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
