Job summary

Nice North America, a subsidiary of Nice S.p.A., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow a strong presence in the assigned Security Sales Region across the United States. The role is fully remote within the territory of WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, and SC, with a competitive salary and commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales experience in related channel sales management (distributors/dealers/national accounts).
• Proven ability to grow and acquire new business and meet sales goals.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Interact with senior leaders and customers, negotiating and influencing decisions.
• Attend industry events and customer trade shows as directed.
• Deliver effective sales and technical training to customers/partners.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs for self and team (new customers, product launches, etc.).
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Analyze and control expenditures of channel to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and opportunities for expansion.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Technical Trainers to ensure training and technical support for dealers.
• Other duties as assigned.
