Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of field sales experience.
• 1+ year selling industrial pump solutions in field/technical sales.
• 1+ year knowledge of pump fundamentals including applications, sizing, performance.
• 1+ year experience discussing pump solutions with distributors, customers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the assigned territory.
• Serve as liaison between customers, distributors, and SEEPEX/INrs sales and operations teams.
• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory.
• Support distributors with technical expertise, product applications, and solution development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution.
• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting.

Job Overview:


The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the Southeast territory by managing and developing distributor/channel partner relationships, meeting or exceeding booking targets, and serving as the product and technical expert for industrial pump solutions. This role is a highly autonomous, individual contributor position requiring strong technical aptitude, customer-facing skills, and extensive travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow distributor/channel partner relationships across the assigned territory
  
  


• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, and the internal SEEPEX sales and operations teams
  
  


• Achieve or exceed annual bookings and sales targets for the territory
  
  


• Support distributors with technical expertise, product application knowledge, and solution development
  
  


• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, manage opportunities, and support order execution
  
  


• Conduct product presentations, training, and sales meetings for distributors and end users
  
  


• Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth
  
  


• Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM and reporting expectations
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  
  


• 3+ years of field sales experience.
  
  


• 1+ year prior experience selling, supporting, or applying industrial pump solutions in a field sales or technical sales environment.
  
  


• 1+ year working knowledge of pump fundamentals, including applications, sizing considerations, and performance characteristics.
  
  


• 1+ year experience discussing pump solutions with distributors, customers, and engineers, including technical and commercial requirements.

Preferences:

• Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  
  


• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or process-related markets
  
  


• Prior exposure to highly technical, application-driven sales environments
  
  

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:


This position is fully remote and requires approximately 75% travel within the assigned territory (MI, OH. KY, WV, PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, CT, VT, RI, MA, NH, ME)
A company vehicle is provided. Candidates must be able to travel by car and air as needed to support customer and distributor demands.

Pay Range:


The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $90,000 - $115,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Hired applicants will be eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan with a target incentive of approximately 30% of base salary.
