Career Team is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee a region of workforce operations, driving strategic plan execution and regional growth. The role blends strong leadership with governance to uphold quality and regulatory compliance across projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory and executive-level experience, a background in Workforce Development, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing systems, processes and people.
• Experience in Workforce Development preferred.
• Five-plus years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and manage at an executive level.
• Willingness to travel locally and within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across the assigned region and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets for locations.
• Engage with funding sources and local/regional leaders.
• Ensure compliance with client, funding and regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality service and performance improvement initiatives.
• Supervise local Executive Directors and support market growth.
• Approve bids and contracts as needed.
