Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is hiring a Regional Commissioning Manager for its Data Center group. The role focuses on coordinating commissioning for hyperscale projects across North America, reporting to the Director of Field Operations, with remote work flexibility.

The ideal candidate has a decade of relevant experience in electrical Data Centers, strong leadership, and expertise in commissioning programs, ITCP, and CMS. Travel and client collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of P6 Scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Background in Data Center and Power Distribution Systems.
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of the CEI Commissioning Program within assigned regional projects.
• Collaborate with onsite PM CX Team Leads, Site Superintendents, and OCMS to review and develop documentation and controls.
• Ensure PSCxP plans are executed onsite with Production, QAQC and Cx teams.
• Work with DCM to implement and improve commissioning workflows and best practices.
• Develop methods to categorize costs and track re-work to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with clients/owners and serve as subject matter expert for projects.
• Manage subcontractor CX documents to meet contract and CMS requirements.
• Oversee OSS/inspection readiness and energization preps and documentation.
• Lead regular Commissioning Meetings and report health scores and actions.
