Job summary

Prestige Healthcare is seeking a Regional Case Manager (RN) to remotely manage a caseload of managed care patients in long-term care. You’ll coordinate with regional and corporate teams to implement managed care processes, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with contracts.

The role requires RN credentials (preferred) with strong organization and communication skills, plus experience in Medicaid/Medicare and MDS. Remote, nationwide opportunity with a supportive corporate team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse preferred.
• Five years of long-term care managed care experience.
• Background in MDS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review all managed care contracts for facilities.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate teams to ensure policy alignment.
• Negotiate rates, levels and exclusions for managed care patients.
• Obtain authorizations and re-authorizations for new cases.
• Maintain daily Case Manager Log and required documentation.
