Job summary

Binks is seeking an Account Manager in a full-time remote-capable role based in Shoreview, MN. The position focuses on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with distributors, internal sales teams, and marketing to craft and execute a strategic sales plan.

You will nurture relationships with end-users and distributors, achieve sales targets, and enhance market share through expert product knowledge and proactive account management. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 3+ years in industrial sales and distributor/end-user relationships.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM systems experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales plan with revenue targets for distributors and product categories.
• Design strategies to increase territory revenue and meet sales targets.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors and end-users to grow market share.
• Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and conduct product demonstrations.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Manage annual travel budget for selling activities and entertaining clients.
