• Strong communication and public speaking skills; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates.
• Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit.
• Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy.
• Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation.
• Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation.
