Itlearn360 is seeking a Remote Recruiter for its Miami Beach location. This position allows for remote work under 1099 contractor status. You will collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs and assist applicants with their applications.

No prior experience is required, though customer service or recruiting experience is a plus. The company offers a supportive environment with hands-on training and daily qualified applicants.

Remote Recruiter position at Circle R Recruiting located in Miami Beach, FL. Remote work with 1099 contractor status. Compensation is paid per driver hired.

Responsibilities

• Work with managers at the client level to understand current staffing needs and provide updates on applicant status.
• Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
• Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and resolve obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientation.
• Perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
