Job summary

gpac is hiring for a commission-based recruitment role with no cap on earnings. The position focuses on building client relationships, filling urgent roles, and presenting strong candidates. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, with significant growth potential for driven individuals.

Base salary begins at $35,568 annually, with commissions ranging widely based on production. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and comfortable high outbound activity.

• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Base salary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped.
