Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead the purchase of homes. This remote role requires following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals with comprehensive due diligence.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 4+ years of sales experience, and a proven top-10% performance record. Strong communication and MS Office skills, with quota achievement through phone sales, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
