Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to help buy homes, perform due diligence, value properties and close deals. This fully remote role requires strong sales experience, top performance, and excellent communication and computer skills.

You will meet homeowners, negotiate acquisitions, coordinate with realtors and lenders, and prepare contracts for ratification while contributing to rapid growth across 44 states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Ranked within top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
