The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in wastewater facilities, pump stations, lift stations, collection systems, and proven experience managing scope, budgets, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering municipal wastewater projects.
• Experience with wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and collection systems.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of wastewater planning, design, and construction.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Texas PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resources.
• Oversee design and delivery of treatment plants, pump stations, conveyance infrastructure.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Support permitting efforts and regulatory coordination.
• Provide technical oversight and review deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and staff while fostering collaboration.
• Support business development, client relationships, proposals, and pursuits.
