Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for our OIC Inspired Pharmacy in Orlando, FL. This full-time, clinic-based role supports patient care in a busy pharmacy environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, active FL technician registration, and solid customer service skills. PTCB certification is a plus and we offer competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Clear/Active FL Pharmacy Technician registration
• Current PTCB Certification is a plus (Maxor will assist in obtaining national certification)
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience is preferred
• Computer experience mandatory
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system
