Job summary

The 21st Century Community Learning Center (21CCLC) Program Specialist role provides statewide leadership, administrative oversight, and fiscal management for Montana’s out of school time programs, aligning with standards and driving community-partnered educational strategies.

You will oversee program objectives, evaluate outcomes, and ensure compliance while supporting a diverse group of districts and educators across Montana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Three years of experience in out of school time program administration or grant administration.
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide leadership for Montana’s out of school time programs.
• Ensure alignment with state and federal standards while overseeing fiscal management.
• Collaborate with partners to drive innovative education strategies across Montana.
