Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician for the DC area. You will perform installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot HVAC systems while coordinating with a support team and leveraging a fully equipped service van and company tools.

This role offers competitive hourly pay, overtime with supervisor approval, per diem for travel, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching. Bring 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience 3-5 years with demonstrated system replacement installations.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, replace parts, and install HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and ensure safety protocols.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors and technical resources.
• Operate with a fully stocked service van, PPE and company tools.
• Uphold quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction on every job.
