Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a licensed BCBA to deliver ABA services across Nebraska, with a hybrid work setup and only one required in-person visit per month. The role emphasizes assessing behavior, developing treatment plans, and guiding technicians to achieve meaningful client progress.

The position requires Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain) and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, with prior ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst (or willing to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical clinical standards.
