Job summary

Air Education Inc. (Air Reading) delivers evidence-based, small-group online reading instruction to elementary students across the United States, grounded in the Science of Reading and a structured curriculum.

Tutors conduct Zoom sessions for groups of up to four students, with coaching and professional development support. Tutors administer assessments, monitor progress, and document outcomes using established tools, while maintaining a positive virtual classroom and adhering to scheduled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage elementary students in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group reading lessons via Zoom for up to four students.
• Maintain fidelity to structured literacy and Science of Reading principles.
• Administer routine assessments and document progress.
• Provide timely feedback to students and school partners.
• Maintain a positive, orderly virtual learning environment.
• Participate in required training and coaching.
