Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Interventional Radiologist to work full-time with Tidelands Health in Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg Counties. Employed through MUSC Health, the role supports a high-impact community practice in South Carolina.

The ideal candidate will be IR/DR board-certified or board-eligible, have completed an IR fellowship, and be eligible for SC medical licensure, with a broad range of imaging and IR procedures

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in IR/DR.
• Completed an Interventional Radiology Fellowship.
• Eligible for medical license in South Carolina.
• Ability to perform a broad range of diagnostic imaging services, including mammography, PET/CT, and general IR procedures (biopsies, drainages, injections, etc.)

Responsibilities

• High-impact community practice serving a diverse regional patient population.
• Collaborative, experienced clinical team dedicated to providing high-quality care to the local community.
• Broad, high-impact procedural scope spanning core image-guided procedures and advanced vascular, oncologic, and hepatobiliary interventions.
• Modern imaging infrastructure and remote coverage support (VPN access, PACS, dictation).
