BairesDev is seeking a React/Next.js Developer to build high-performance web applications using modern rendering strategies. You will join a global team delivering scalable frontend solutions with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

You will implement SSR/SSG/ISR, work with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI, and optimize performance for fast page loads. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with React and Next.js.
• Proven expertise in SSR, SSG, and ISR rendering strategies.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and building type-safe front-end architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
• Familiarity with Vercel or similar platforms for deployment/performance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend apps using React and Next.js (App and Pages Router).
• Implement rendering strategies including SSR and SSG for performance.
• Build responsive components with Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.
• Optimize performance to achieve fast load times and strong Core Web Vitals.
• Deploy and manage web apps using Vercel or self-hosted infra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set architectural standards.
