Job summary

The Dyrt is seeking a frontend-focused engineer to join a small team of 3-4 frontend developers. You will work primarily in our React Native codebase, with exposure to Next.js for our website, and regularly align AI-assisted tools like Claude Code with strong self-review.

This part-time role runs Mon–Wed, 24 hours per week, remotely within the United States time zones. You’ll contribute to interactive search features, campground listings performance, and Trip Planner tools, while maintaining

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional JavaScript development experience with React Native as the primary strength.
• Experience building production features in React Native and web with React/Next.js (SSR/SSG).
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools and ability to review AI-generated code for quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis with the team.
• Develop new features and improvements in the React Native app.
• Contribute to Next.js website features alongside mobile work.
• Translate designs into components and delivery plans.
• Estimate task complexity for new projects.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and maintainability.
