Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients. You will conduct video visits, work within a multidisciplinary team, and tailor plans for sustainable lifestyle changes.

We offer autonomy to set your own schedule as a 1099 contractor, with compensation per active visit hour and onboarding bonuses. You’ll maintain thorough documentation and comply with clinical standards while improving women’s health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to deliver a cohesive care plan.
• Engage patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all visits.
