Job summary

A healthcare services organization is looking for a part-time Registered Dietitian to provide Medical Nutritional Therapy via telehealth. In this flexible role, you will conduct dietary assessments, develop personalized nutrition plans, and counsel patients. Qualifications

• Experience managing chronic conditions like Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dietary assessments remotely via telehealth.
• Develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
• Provide nutritional counseling to 8-12 patients weekly.

Skills

Proficiency in Dietetics and Nutritional Counseling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education
