Jade ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes in Maryland. You will implement ABA therapy, monitor progress, and communicate updates to families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tailor individualized treatment plans.

The role requires an RBT certificate, 1 year of experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Psychology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in providing behavioral interventions and implementing ABA therapy.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with children with ASD is preferred.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention, behavioral disorders, case management, and social services.
• Proficiency in data collection and behavior modification strategies.
• Understanding of developmental disabilities and child development principles.
