Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking RBTs in Des Moines, IA for part-time ABA services provided in clients’ homes or community settings. You will help implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families.

The role offers flexibility to fit your life and pays on a per-hour basis, with paid training and ongoing clinical support. Training is provided and a six-month commitment is encouraged to grow with our nationwide network of BCBAs and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start part-time.
• Commitment to 6 months to help change lives.
• Experience in education, early childhood, or ABA roles can help.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
