Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring for ABA professionals who can work remotely across the USA. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, implement treatment plans with our clinical team, and maintain precise session data. This role supports families and clients in achieving meaningful progress from home or in community settings.

We offer two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive network that promotes growth, mentorship, and advancement within BK’s expanding national program.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans within the clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic systems.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
