Job summary

ProfDoc in Kent seeks an experienced Remote Radiology Consultant to deliver expert reporting across CT, MRI and general imaging for NHS and private clients. You will report digitally within a fully remote, supported radiology network with pre‑validated case lists and peer second opinions.

The role offers high professional autonomy, flexible remote work, and adherence to rigorous governance and data protection standards. GMC registration and CCT/CESR qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• CCT or CESR in Clinical Radiology (or equivalent overseas qualification).

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on cross‑sectional imaging including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain film studies
• Maintain consistent diagnostic accuracy and turnaround within agreed KPIs
• Participate in clinical audit processes, case discussions, and quality assurance reviews
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert radiological input into patient management
• Adhere to IR(ME)R guidelines, data protection, and governance policies at all times
