Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; native or bilingual level.
• Board-certified radiologist or licensed imaging technologist with imaging experience.
• Strong writing and ability to justify why a report is correct or incorrect.
• Experience performing or interpreting imaging studies.
• Attention to detail in structured reporting and signal discrepancy logging.

Responsibilities

• Review de-identified studies (chest X-rays, ultrasounds, nuclear medicine scans) with clinical context.
• Write comprehensive, structured reports documenting all findings, including incidental ones.
• Provide clear impressions and recommended next steps (follow-up scans or further workup).
• Compare two independent interpretations of the same study and log any discrepancies.
• Identify gaps or misses in model-generated reports and document reasons.
