Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Medical Reviewer (Radiologist) to provide physician-level radiology expertise supporting California Medical Review Services. You will review radiology-related claims, TARs, and medical records to ensure medical necessity and program compliance.

The role is fully remote in California with a Monday–Friday schedule, allowing flexible hours. You will collaborate with clinicians and operations teams while maintaining licensure and keeping up with radiology standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of radiologist experience in any setting.
• Active physician license from California in good standing.
• Strong ability to interpret radiology-related records.

Aufgaben

• Review radiology-related claims, TARs, medical records and documentation.
• Evaluate imaging services against medical policies and standards.
• Provide physician-level medical review for complex radiology cases.
• Support medical necessity determinations for radiology services.
• Document findings with clear rationale and collaborate with clinical teams.
• Maintain licenses and credentials in active status and stay updated on policies.
• Work with physicians, nurses, and operations teams to ensure timely reviews.
