Qualifications

• Residency-trained or board-certified radiologist, or licensed/credentialed imaging technologist.
• Hands-on experience performing or interpreting studies.
• Clear, well-organized writing and justification for reports.
• Detail-oriented and able to log discrepancies in model comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Review de-identified studies (chest X-ray, ultrasound, nuclear medicine) with clinical context.
• Write comprehensive, structured reports documenting all findings.
• Provide clear impressions and recommend next steps for follow-up.
• Compare two independent interpretations and log any discrepancies.
• Identify gaps where model-generated reports miss details.
