Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks an IT professional to support Enterprise Radiation Oncology EMR integration with Epic. You will work with Medical Physicists to architect and maintain interfaces between radiation devices and the Enterprise EMR/EHR, ensuring data security and reliable access.

The role requires 3 years of IT experience in Radiation Oncology (Aria/MosaiQ) and Epic Beacon knowledge, on-call duties, and strong problem‑solving skills. Bachelor's in CS or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

Proficient in Aria, MosaiQ and other applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical and technical environment.
Provides 24x7 On-Call support, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provides technical proficiency to support Enterprise Radiation Oncology EMR and integration with Epic.
Manages client expectations and provides clinical customer support for implementation and maintenance.
Identifies CQI initiatives and supports data security, data migration and disaster recovery planning.
Prepares documentation using data models and test plans for validation of functions.
Explains EMR integration functionality and assists users with full module usage.
