Strong ability to communicate complex methods to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop research designs and protocols for evidence synthesis.
Design and implement transparent evidence synthesis workflows.
Apply methods to extract and synthesize evidence from diverse designs.
Conduct meta-analyses using advanced statistical methods.
Develop evidence review frameworks and rating criteria.
Contribute to design and implementation of impact evaluations.
Mentor junior staff and support research proposals.
