Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Quantitative Developer for 100% remote work in the U.S. This is a full-time W2 position with a focus on building low-latency, high-throughput trading, risk, and analytics systems for fintech applications.

The ideal candidate holds a 6+ year track record in software engineering, with strong skills in C++, Java, or Python, and solid knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years of software engineering, fintech focus.
• Strong programming in C++, Java, or Python.
• Solid grounding in financial markets, instruments, and risk.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Familiar with market data systems and FIX.
• Understanding of risk and P&L attribution.
• Experience with concurrent, high-performance computing patterns.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and communication skills.
