Job summary
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems to drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global quality systems across the product lifecycle.
You will partner with Quality, IT, Data & Analytics, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system enhancements, dashboards, and reporting capabilities, with a focus on data governance and meaningful insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in a life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, information systems, data/analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years in pharmaceutical quality, quality systems, compliance, or data/analytics within a regulated environment.
- Experience with electronic quality management systems (eQMS) such as TrackWise Digital or Veeva and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Support global eQMS implementation, maintenance, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Quality, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system functionality supports processes and compliance.
- Lead system upgrade, integration, and enhancement initiatives across global functions.
