• Provide recommendations for client quality scorecards.
• Participate in calibration sessions with the client to align scoring.
• Provide feedback to NexRep certification and operations teams.
• Identify trends in customer satisfaction data.
• Share detailed scoring with independent contractors.
• Facilitate town hall sessions for independent contractors.
