Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing nursing notes, coordinating with DON and CSI staff, and maintaining compliance across audits and incident reporting. Must hold an active nursing license and relevant healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Must maintain professionalism, responsiveness and strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing direction.
• Proficient in computer use and digital record systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review CSI staff nursing notes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Flag expiring orders to the DON.
• Collaborate with CSI nurses on note edits and corrections.
• Note significant findings (e.g., falls) to incident reports for compliance.
• Discuss significant side effects with the DON from nursing notes.
• Monitor note submission timelines and flag 24-hour policy breaches.
• Ensure infusion patients are scheduled for next visits weekly.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy and Agency Supervisors on nursing notes.
• Attend weekly note meetings with Pharmacy staff.
• Perform rounds to evaluate quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Attend conventions, trade shows and IV therapy in-services.
• Represent the company professionally and cooperate with staff.
• Adhere to compliance policies and perform other duties as assigned.
