Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of health care management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hospice care experience.
• Solid knowledge of home health care regulations and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure documentation aligns with state, federal, and payer requirements.
• Support start-of-care reviews and re-certifications.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen workflows and outcomes.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and staff education.
