Job summary
Cognizant is hiring a Healthcare Payer Consultant - QNXT to optimize payer communications through UM/A&G workflows. You will configure correspondence, analyze requirements, and collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable communications solutions.
The role requires deep knowledge of UM/A&G, experience with QNXT, and strong analytical and communication skills. This remote US position offers flexibility and cross-functional collaboration across delivery and product
Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare payer operations in UM and/or A&G.
- Advanced knowledge of QNXT UM and/or A&G functionality.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to translate business requirements into client solutions.
- Working knowledge of XML design and content development.
- Familiarity with graphic/design tools and content publishing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for Utilization Management and/or Appeals & Grievances workflows.
- Configure, analyze, and support correspondence solutions using QNXT UM/A&G.
- Consult on Medicare and commercial letter requirements and business rules.
- Gather, document, and translate requirements into scalable communications.
- Manage multiple project timelines with onsite and offshore teams.
