Job summary

You will work with developers and designers to communicate findings, verify issue resolutions, and test features across devices and browsers, contributing to reliable, high-quality applications.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to carefully follow structured testing instructions and processes.
• Experience with remote work tools and a solid understanding of app ecosystems, allowing for effective participation and communication within a distributed team.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
• Reliable access to a high-speed internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough usability testing for mobile and web applications to identify issues and areas for enhancement.
• Clearly document bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be improved, providing essential details to inform development efforts.
• Work closely with development and design teams to communicate findings, suggest improvements, and verify the resolution of identified issues.
• Test software features across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and consistent performance.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on test results, findings, and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis, as required by the project.
