Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a QA Specialist (AI/ML) to ensure the quality of datasets used for training advanced models. You will guard data quality, oversee annotation processes, and help drive reliable AI performance across global projects.

You will audit annotated data, monitor pipelines for inconsistencies, refine guidelines, and provide feedback to improve labeling accuracy. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and generous compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Data Operations.
• Proven expertise in data quality assurance and validation for data annotation.
• Strong ability to support and optimize AI/ML training data pipelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate annotated datasets to ensure high-quality ground truth for model training.
• Monitor data pipelines to identify and resolve formatting inconsistencies or quality issues early.
• Review and refine annotation guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across project teams.
• Provide detailed feedback and performance tracking to improve the accuracy of data labelers over time.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to establish robust data validation benchmarks and security protocols.
