Job summary

Harrow Health is seeking a Data Entry Associate, QA to support the Quality Assurance team remotely. You will process inquiries, document PQCs, and maintain QA trackers while assisting with document control and general administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong English communication, and a willingness to grow knowledge of pharmacovigilance. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected as a Harrow Eye, LLC representative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus.
• 1–2 years in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn QA systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures.
• Willingness to grow knowledge of pharmacovigilance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming QA inquiries via email and phone, documenting and routing.
• Initiate and document Product Quality Complaints (PQC) using standard forms.
• Maintain PQC tracker with status and actions.
• Update SharePoint folders, QA trackers, and logs.
• Assist with document control: uploading, versioning, archiving QA files.
• Retrieve and organize QA documents on request.
• Provide general administrative support to the QA team.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
