Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring that all features meet user expectations and company standards.
• Record and document bugs, glitches, and any user experience issues in a clear and organized manner to facilitate efficient resolution by technical teams.
