Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to evaluate and compare chatbot outputs. The role focuses on reviewing responses against defined guidelines, identifying inaccuracies, and delivering clear final assessments for each evaluation task.

You will work remotely on a project-based basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, data annotation, testing, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, chatbots, and online platforms.
• Experience with chatbot evaluation or LLM testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare responses from multiple chatbots.
• Assess accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, and guidelines adherence.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and quality issues.
• Provide structured feedback and final task assessments.
• Follow guidelines and ensure consistency across reviews.
• Document findings clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with project and quality teams to resolve queries.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
