Job summary

The Columbus Organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to oversee QA/CQI for care coordination services in a remote role within the Eastern Time Zone.

You will review records, monitor compliance with Medicaid/state requirements, coach coordinators, prepare reports, and support audits. Collaboration with leadership, supervisors, and frontline teams is essential to strengthen service delivery and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, or related field; or 4+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in QA, auditing, or quality improvement within healthcare/Medicaid/HCBS.
• Experience in case management or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer QA/CQI program for care coordination services.
• Conduct quality reviews of plans and records for compliance.
• Coach field coordinators and supervisors on documentation quality and corrective actions.
• Submit finalized plans to state agencies when applicable.
• Monitor compliance with contractual deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and regulatory submissions.
