• Attention to detail with ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics or rubrics-like evaluation criteria.
• Debug Agent Traces and stress test agents.
• Coordinate and validate agent behavior across live environments.
